Bon Bon’s Guide Service

Scott Baumgartner (BonBon) grew up in Roseau, MN and has been fishing Lake of the Woods since he could go in a boat!  BonBon is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion for fishing with others, especially Lake Trout fishing.  Summer fishing on Lake of the Woods is some of the best fishing you will experience.  Walleye are active in the summer months, and you may even catch a Jumbo Perch or Crappie.  BonBon’s Guide Service also provides a great Muskie, Northern or Bass Fishing Experience for clients that prefer casting. Edman’s Angling Adventures

Allen Edman is a 3rd generation guide and has been guiding full-time summers since he was 12.  Although he has lots of experience on the lake, he prefers to stay current, attending the trade shows, seminars, and reads about new techniques.  And on Lake of the Woods, with all of the islands, there are always new places to fish and patterns to try!  He believes that guiding is not just going out and catching fish, but taking great care of his clients to give them an unforgettable experience, so that they can take great memories home with them.  For more information: www.walleyewalleye.net

Scott Edman

Scott Edman grew up at Angle Outpost, and has been helping its guests make amazing fishing memories for over 25 years. All that experience has resulted in an uncanny ability to find fish in all seasons and conditions.  He enjoys fishing for all of the lake’s species and consistently uncovers new spots, patterns, and presentations that keep his boat on hot bites that few others know about.  Scott is a middle school teacher in the winter and does a great job of educating his guests about the lake and its fish. To book a trip with Scott, call 218-779-3486 or go to www.walleyewalleye.net.

Joe Cooper

Joe has fun helping clients experience the amazing fishing available around the Northwest Angle. Learning the rock structure in the Ontario waters is a challenge that offers endless opportunities to pursue all species of fish. Joe targets all of these species, but prefers angling for the monster muskies that roam The Northwest Angle portion of Lake of the Woods, which is one of the best Musky destinations in North America. With a contagious passion for the sport of fishing, he has proven himself successful, consistently providing his clients with the chance to land world class muskies.

Lake of the Woods Outdoorsman

Jean-Paul Tessier, aka Lake of the Woods Outdoorsman, has been guiding on Lake of the Woods U.S/Canada for the last 6 years.  He loves to target Walleyes, but this lake has so many other species (Musky, Northern, Small Mouth Bass, Perch, Crappie, Lake Trout, Sturgeon, Whitefish, etc), he feels like a kid in a candy store.  All he can say is, “I’m truly blessed to be able to do what I love for a living”.  Not only will you find some fish, but you’re sure to learn about our tremendous area and it’s history from this humble outdoorsman.  Checkout Jean-Paul’s latest adventures at www.lakeofthewoodsoutdoorsman.com
